Hire a senior full-stack developer in Pakistan, working your US hours

Hiring offshore usually saves money and costs something else: replies that arrive overnight, calls at awkward hours, and a codebase you can’t get hold of when the relationship ends. None of that has to come with the savings.

I am a senior full-stack developer based in Pakistan, and I work US business hours. The clients I have worked with longest are based in the US and Australia, and most clients keep me on well past launch: the average engagement runs more than two and a half years.

What working together looks like

Your hours, not mine

I am online during US business hours. Messages get same-day replies and calls happen on your calendar, not at midnight.

A written plan before any code

After a free 30-minute call, a written proposal arrives within two days, covering what gets built, in what order, by when and for how much.

Weekly demos on a live URL

Every week you see working software on a staging site you can click through yourself, not a status report.

Your code, your accounts

Repository, hosting, domains and app store accounts are yours from the first commit. You are never locked in.

One senior person, end to end

The developer on the call is the developer writing the code: architecture, backend, web and mobile, without hand-offs to a junior team.

How an engagement runs

1. The call

Thirty minutes to understand what you are building, who it is for and what is already in place. I ask about risks as much as features.

2. The proposal

Within 48 hours, a written breakdown into milestones, each with a clear definition of done, a timeline and a fixed price.

3. Build and demo

Work happens in your repository with weekly demos. You can see every commit, and you approve each milestone before it is billed.

4. Launch and after

Deployment to your infrastructure, documentation, and a handover. Then ongoing support if you want it, which is how most clients continue.

How pricing works

There are two ways to work together. For a defined build, the work is split into fixed-price milestones, and you pay for each one only after it has been demoed and accepted. For ongoing development and support, a monthly retainer gives you a set amount of my time each month.

Either way, nothing starts until the scope and price are in writing and you have approved them.

Questions

What hours are you available?+

I work US business hours, so we overlap for the full working day. Most clients get replies within the same business day and schedule calls whenever suits them.

How do you handle communication and project management?+

Whatever you already use: Slack, email, WhatsApp, Jira, Trello or GitHub issues. You get a short written update with each weekly demo, and I flag blockers the day they appear rather than at the end of the week.

How is the work protected if something goes wrong?+

Code goes into your repository daily, infrastructure is in your accounts, and milestones are only paid after acceptance. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything and can carry on with anyone.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Yes. Signing an NDA before we discuss the details of your product is normal, and I am happy to do it.

Is it just you, or a team?+

It is me: one senior developer from first call to production. The person on the call is the person writing the code, and the one accountable for it.
